Damages and issues


If there are any delays or problems with delivery it is best to contact us as soon as possible to help us ensure your delivery arrives correctly. Once it arrives, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems.

Where possible, please attach a photo of the affected items showing the issue with your initial email. If you receive the wrong item please let us know, so that we can work together to make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items


Perishable goods (freshly baked oatcakes, pikelets and oatcake mixes) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If there is a problem with an order, please send us a photo via email so that we can evaluate it. Once we have reviewed the email & photo, we would usually look to resend if possible, if not then we would look into issuing a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
